Richard is an ex professional footballer, an FA Affiliate Tutor, internal verifier of NVQ and VRQs (level 1 & level 2) and an education professional. Richard brings a plethora of mentoring and tutoring experience to a range of audiences. 

Having personally tutored over 1,000 students through a variety of full-time study programmes. He has a strong belief in pursuing excellence through providing students with a well-rounded education, successfully identifying provisions for employment.

Richard co-founded Elite Pathways in 2016 following a successful teaching career.

As a principal tutor and internal verifier of national vocational qualifications (NVQ) and vocationally related qualifications (VRQ) at level 1 and level 2, Duncan previously managed the academic and the funding provision across 10 educational hubs for 450+ students.

During his 20 years within the educational sector, he has personally tutored students through a variety of full-time study programmes.  Duncan has also observed and mentored a number of teaching staff in their personal development.
