SAFEGUARDING

From the ground up, we create and promote a culture of vigilance and shared responsibility for keeping learners safe throughout the whole organisation.

SAFEGUARDING PIECE OF MIND

Elite Pathways is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all.

The Organisation has a duty of care to safeguard all learners that are enrolled on our various training programmes from harm.

Accordingly we seek to create a culture of vigilance and shared responsibility for keeping learners safe throughout the whole of the organisation and with those organisations that we work collaboratively.

Paid staff and volunteers will at all times show respect and understanding for the rights, safety and welfare of our service users and conduct themselves in a way that reflect the principles of our organisation.
